1992 Eurox Co.Ltd was established in Taibei specializing in air pollution control engineering.
1994 Signed a technical cooperation agreement with Anguil Environmental System Inc. of the United States, to engage in VOCs abatement equipment in the Asia Pacific region.
1995 Installed the first large-scale oxidizer in PTA industry. 
2004 Expand the business to mainland China.
2006 -Anguil Environmental Asia Ltd. was established in Taibei.
-Completed the first set of RTO in China using Anguil technology.
2012 Installed one RTO system for Saudi Basic Industry Company (SABIC), a giant in PTA industry. 
Anguil Asia’s core technology derived from Anguil Environmental System Inc., a famous VOCs treatment company in U.S., In 1990s, the company founder Mr. Liu Chang Ming set up the cooperation with Anguil Environmental System Inc. and introduced its advanced technology in VOCs air emission control to Taiwan, applying it to the industries of petrochemical, chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical, and gradually developed the business to Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Saidi Arab. With years of technical exploration, Anguil Asia formed a unique technical style and core technical team, and accumulated rich experience in many applications.
2014 - The company was established in Shanghai.
2015 Cooperating with the Standards Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China to draft “Regenerative thermal oxidation technical specifications for industrial organic emissions treatment project", which is - the first industrial standard drafted by Anguil Asia.
2016 - Cooperating with Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China to draft “Regenerative catalytic oxidizer for treatment of industrial organic waste gas”.
-Elected as the standing director unit of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry.
-Received ISO9001 certificate.
2017 -Received ISO14001、OHSAS18001 certificate.
-The first batch of national utility model patents were granted.
-Approved to become the star supplier of Sinopec.
2018 Cooperating with China Association of Environmental Protection Industry to draft “ Technical requirements for zeolite rotary concentrator”.
2019 “Regenerative catalytic oxidizer for treatment of industrial organic waste gas (（JB/T 13733-2019）”Anguil Asia participated in drafting was released.
In 2014, Anguil Environmental Asia (Shanghai) Ltd was established. The core members are all from Taiwan or have years of service experience in air emission control industry. With the change of domestic environmental policies, our company ushered in a period of vigorous development, and have successfully contributed many reliable and safe VOCs abatement systems in chemical, electronics, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, new materials, coal mining, printing and other industries. At the same time, Anguil Asia has actively participated in the formulation of national and industrial standards and codes, contributing to the healthy and orderly development of the domestic VOCs treatment industry.
2020 -Recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai.
-The product RTO was recognized as the transformation project of Shanghai High and New technology achievement.
-Recognized as “new, distinctive, specialized and sophisticated” small and medium -sized enterprises in Shanghai.
