Carry out energy consumption analysis and evaluation according to the current operating status of the equipment, and provide feasible energy-saving renovation programs.

Increasing air flow capacity

Evaluate the existing equipment redundancy according to customer needs to handle more process waste gas.

Improving VOC capture and destruction

Adjust the existing technology by adding the corresponding equipment to achieve higher destruction efficiency.

Operator Training

In annual maintenance visit, 1 day on-site training is offered to the equipment operators in common maintenance skills, from the equipment operation introduction, simple troubleshooting, to key points of daily inspection, etc.

Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME)

PME is a thorough audit to the operating performance of the system, we provide a detailed evaluation report and recommended maintenance requirement for improving the systems’ safety, reliability, and maximizing the systems’ life.

Spare and Replacement Parts

We provide our customer a Spare Parts Program for stocking an appropriate level of spare parts that the pollution control system may be required. This will dramatically reduce the downtime associated with a system upset.
